暨南大学国际商学院副院长，暨南大学管理科学与工程研究所所长。本、硕毕业于中山大学，博士毕业于同济大学，复旦大学、美国马里兰大学（UMBC）、英国阿伯丁大学访问学者。

研究领域：企业数字化战略转型、大数据与商务智能、电子商务、技术创新、知识管理等。
